Roles and Responsibilities工作職責:

Work and communicate closely with Xaerus Director.

Manage strategic products.  Work closely with key personnel in China and the U.S. on all support requirements including:

Development and updating technical and commercial literature

Coordinating product testing with labs in China and U.S.

Develop and maintain database of customers, products, and developments

Provide technical and commercial support to Xaerus sales

Develop and maintain case studies

Keep an updated list of product and customer references

Manage R&D projects and field trials

Assist in providing field training to customers

Provide troubleshooting and resolution to product issues in the field

Ensure products meet specifications

Coordinate quality program activities including traceability of all products by batch number

Travel as needed to provide technical and commercial support to Xaerus sales

Background Requirement背景要求：

Minimum 5 years working in product design and development experience in HVAC/refrigeration industry

Bachelor degree in mechanics/chemistry is a must

Fluent in spoken English
